Complete 2D Analysis: Complete 2D dentoskeletal and profile analysis

Before generating the 3D plan and surgical simulation, 2D profile and dentoskeletal analyses are performed and double-checked with the 3D plan. This way, a more refined 3D surgical plan will be executed.

Detailed Surgical Report: Detailed guide for the surgeon and orthodontist

After confirming the surgical plan, a complete surgical report is generated and delivered to the corresponding doctors.

Surgical Splints: 3D printed with high precision

After confirmation of the surgical plan, surgical splints are designed and put into production immediately. Production is completed within 24 hours and shipped the same day. Same-day delivery within Istanbul at no extra cost.

Complete Planning Service: Surgical plan starts before putting the braces or aligners

Upon request, we provide a complete treatment plan and 3D orthodontic and orthognathic setups with initial patient records (initial CBCT/CT, lateral cephalograms, intraoral scans, and extraoral photos required). Decision-making for decompensation is visualised and strategised. 3D surgical simulations with complete orthodontic setups are also available when initial cranial CBCT/CT and intraoral scans are provided.

TMJ Splints: Orthopedic stability matters

Stabilisation splints for orthodontic, orthognathic, and TMD patients. For orthognathic patients, stabilisation splint use is recommended — where instability is present — 3 to 6 months prior to surgery.

Case Submission

Required: CBCTs (see data acquisition requirements) or preferably medical grade CTs covering the whole cranium down to C7, intraoral scan data (STL), calibrated extraoral photos, Facial Analysis Form (see downloads).

Optional: Lateral cephalograms, PA/AP cephalograms, intraoral photos, panoramic radiographs.

Data Review and Confirmation

All data will be reviewed and a confirmation or rejection will be sent. Cases with incomplete or improper data will be returned to the referring clinician for recollection. High-quality, complete data acquisition is the first and most critical step for a precise treatment plan.

Digital Planning & Simulation

2D dentoskeletal and profile analysis with surgical prediction is shared first. Upon approval, the 3D plan and surgical simulation are prepared and delivered with a web-viewing link. Modifications can be discussed in an online session. After confirmation, 3D surgical splints are designed and manufactured.

Payment

Online payments by credit or debit card are accepted via iyzico.com. Bank transfers are also welcome with a 10% discount applied. An invoice will be sent to the referring clinician upon payment completion.

Shipment and Delivery

3D surgical splints enter production immediately after confirmation. Production is completed within 24 hours and shipped the same day. Same-day delivery within Istanbul is available at no extra cost.
