Most cases follow the same four-stage workflow. The exact deliverables depend on the service you request — but the record requirements, review rhythm and communication are consistent.
Follow our data acquisition requirements — CBCT, intraoral scans, clinical photos and any supporting 2D radiographs.
Complete the prescription form and upload the records package. You’ll receive a case ID and an assigned planning clinician within one working day.
We prepare the plan, send a review package (video walkthrough + files), and iterate with you until it is clinically approved and signed.
Approved digital files, printed splints, aligner sets or biomodels are produced and shipped to your clinic with a documentation pack.
Download all current templates and the prescription form from the downloads page.
You can submit directly through the case submission form on this website, or — for larger CBCT datasets — use a secure link we provide after you complete the short intake. Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and retained only for the duration of the case and agreed archival period.
Every case is assigned to a single planning clinician who stays with you from first contact to delivery. You receive a review package that includes annotated screens, a short recorded walkthrough, and the working files. Changes are requested directly against that package and addressed in a revision round.
Urgent cases (< 48h) are accommodated when capacity allows — contact us before submitting to confirm.
