3D Printed Surgical Splints

Once your plan is approved, we produce the surgical splints in a biocompatible, autoclavable resin using validated DLP workflows. Splints are finished, labeled, fit-verified on digital models and shipped to your clinic with the full documentation pack.

TMJ / TMD Splints

Digitally designed occlusal splints for TMJ therapy, bruxism management and pre-orthodontic condyle deprogramming. Design is driven by the digital occlusion and, where available, CBCT-based joint morphology — not trial-and-error adjustment.
